Great article! I like the way you walk through the thought process to make it obvious what is truly best for me. Looking forward to training tomorrow!

Thanks for the kind words Tim. What you said is so true but much easier I believe when your body is noticeably changing. The beginning stage takes so much faith because all of the hard work and sound eating is primarily working to turn the tide internally. Many never get to the stage where they start seeing results even though so much good was happening on the inside and just staying the course a bit longer would have possibly gotten them into that awesome feedback loop, where seeing results makes the vision real.

Soon discipline isn't much of the equation. It's more about just getting pulled into that exciting vision you have for yourself.

Great article Yusuf! I love the "next evolution of you" concept. I have held that vision but never quite thought of it that way. One of the best motivators for me has been seeing the results in the mirror. Then, when confronted with that tough decision (eat healthy or slack on this meal?), I remember that the results the next day will be really noticeable if I go healthy. So that decision is much easier. And then eventually, those decisions aren't even decisions anymore. It just becomes habit to make the right choice.

Hi Debra, you already ARE :). Step into this identity in the present tense and own it. You are that the
moment you decide you are and take consistent action which support it. The outward results are just a
matter of time once you claim your new identity. One of my favorite quotes from Steven Covey:
Private victories precede public ones. Look forward to hearing more about your journey!
